Hello, my name is Emaleigh. Yes, it’s pronounced just like that other Emily!
I'm a little in love with Philadelphia. There was this guy (okay, it was Theodore Roosevelt) that once said, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” He was right. I believe in active citizenship. My biggest project is close to home, working alongside my sister on neighborhood improvement efforts on W Rockland Street in Northwest Philadelphia's Germantown region. Our ongoing community projects serve as an example of what one Philadelphia city block can do to change its future.
I work in communications and public relations, across creative disciplines with businesses, nonprofits, cultural and educational organizations and more. I am keen on projects that interact with the public in new ways, cause a scene, work to build community or enhance city life (even greater if it's all of the above).
Learn more about me, my work, W Rockland Street and stuff I like.
